According to the information received, the Yogi government has decided to reopen colleges and universities in Uttar Pradesh from 23 November. But a mandatory condition has also been kept for this. Accordingly, the presence of students in educational institutions will not exceed 50% in any case. That is, only half the students will be able to go to their respective campuses and join the class, while the remaining students will continue to study through online classes as before.

According to the guideline of the Center, the Higher Education Department has issued a guideline regarding reading and reading in colleges and universities of the state. The guideline states that 50% capacity and maximum 200 persons will be allowed at all closed places (halls / rooms).
