During the lockdown in the Corona period, railway operations were completely stopped. However, as the situation is moving towards normal, some trains are operating by Railways. Meanwhile, speculation is also being made to resume normal operations of all passenger trains, in view of which the Indian Railways has given a big statement.A statement issued by the railway said, “No date has been set to resume normal operations of all passenger trains. Railways is increasing the number of train services in a hierarchical manner. Already more than 65 per cent of trains are running. More than 250 trains are being run in January, more will be run gradually ‘.Now things are moving rapidly towards normalcy, but the Indian Railways has not been able to get into the situation before lockdown. In such a situation, the Indian Railways was asked how long it would be in the pre-lockdown situation and when the normal operation of the trains would start. In response, the railway said that the number of trains has been increasing continuously after the lockdown and 65 percent of the trains are currently running on track compared to normal operations. Also, in January 2021, more trains have been started in 250 and in the coming days more trains will be started.By the way, Holi festival is falling on 29th March. Railways is continuously increasing the number of passenger trains keeping in mind the travel of the people. Also, the operation period of many special trains has been extended till April. Meanwhile some reports have also claimed that from a certain date of April all passenger trains will start operating at full capacity, but PIB along with Railways has also denied such reports. The railway has appealed to the people and media institutions to refrain from guessing the general operations of trains. No date has been set for this yet. If any decision is taken about this, everyone will be informed.
