Strong controversy over petition to bring Mukhtar to UP

A hearing was held in the Supreme Court today on the plea for sending mafia MLA Mukhtar Ansari back to Uttar Pradesh. The UP government said in the affidavit that the Supreme Court, using its powers, sent Mukhtar back to Uttar Pradesh. The UP government said that the case registered in Mohali should also be transferred to Prayagraj. He said that 10 cases of heinous crime have been registered in Prayagraj MP / MLA court on Mukhtar Ansari. The Banda Jail Superintendent had handed over the permission of MP / MLA Court to the Punjab Police. According to the Uttar Pradesh government, a production warrant was issued against Khattar Ansari several times, Ropar jail officials kept calling Ansari ill.The Uttar Pradesh government also accused of complicity. On behalf of the government, the court said that the charge sheet has not been filed in the Mohali case for 2 years, but Ansari is not asking for bail there, the collusion is clearly visible. Mukhtar Ansari was in UP jail for 15 years where he was provided all medical facilities. The government said that Mukhtar Ansari, the mafia from whom Brajesh Singh is showing danger, is that Brajesh Singh is in jail in UP for the last ten years.
