Opposition uproar, both houses adjourned till tomorrow

On the second day of the second phase of the budget session of Parliament, the opposition created an uproar over the rising prices of petrol and diesel. After which the proceedings of both the houses were adjourned till Wednesday. Please tell that the functioning of Parliament has started at normal time from Tuesday. Now the proceedings of both the houses will continue from 11 am and 6 pm as scheduled earlier. Due to the Corona epidemic, the Rajya Sabha proceeded from 9 am to 2 pm from the monsoon session last year. At the same time, the proceedings of the Lok Sabha ran from 4 pm to 9 pm. The second phase of the budget session has started from Monday, March 8. During this time, there is a lot of ruckus about the inflation of petrol, diesel and cooking gas.

The proceedings of both the houses started at 11 am. On the second day of the second phase of the budget session, the Opposition created a ruckus in both houses of Parliament, raising the government for petrol, diesel and cooking gas inflation. Following the opposition uproar, both proceedings were adjourned till 12 noon. On the commencement of the proceedings of the House, the uproar of opposition started again, due to which the proceedings of both the houses were adjourned till two in the afternoon.

Let us tell you that the first phase of the budget session started with the address of President Ram Nath Kovind on 29 January and concluded on 29 February. The Union Budget was presented in Parliament on 1 February by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
