Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with US President Donald Trump on Thursday and reviewed the status of the India–US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership.

In a post on X, the prime minister said the two leaders held a very warm and engaging conversation during which they evaluated progress in bilateral relations and discussed important regional and international developments.
Both leaders stressed the importance of maintaining momentum in collaborative efforts to strengthen bilateral trade. Modi added that India and the United States will continue working together to promote global peace, stability and prosperity.
