Three people, including a woman, lost their lives within a few hours due to poisonous liquor at Rampur Dabi Majre Manohra Pur village under Sangramgarh police station in Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. According to the information, the woman died in a local hospital while two youths died in Lucknow. It is being told that these four people had drunk liquor sold illegally on Saturday night. Apart from this, the condition of seven people is said to be critical.
Apart from Sunita (50) wife Jawaharlal Saroj, Vijay Kumar (40) son Ramsumer Saroj and Ramprasad (42) son Ramdev Saroj were first shown to a local doctor. Sunita was brought to the Community Health Center at around 9 o’clock at night if the condition did not improve. Where he died. Vijay Kumar died on his way to the hospital at around 12 pm. Ram Prasad also died in some time. Former village head Nanhe Lal Yadav has confirmed the deaths and said that poisonous alcohol is the reason.
Police President Sangramgarh Ashutosh Tripathi has confirmed the deaths due to poisonous liquor and has given information to the higher authorities. It has not been known from where the women and youths took liquor. The station in-charge says that the cause of death will be known only in the post-mortem.
