Fierce fire in plastic factory of Pratap Nagar in Delhi, one burnt corpse recovered, 28 firefighters deployed

A massive fire broke out in a plastic factory in Pratap Nagar in Delhi in Pratap Nagar early this morning. To extinguish the fire, 28 fire engines have been deployed there. The fire has engulfed the two floors of the factory. Relief and rescue teams have found a burnt corpse from the first floor. This accident happened near pillar number 92 of the metro. Due to plastic and nail polish material in the factory, the fire has become uncontrollable. At present, the team of the fire department is carrying out large-scale relief and rescue operations to extinguish the fire and evacuate those trapped in the factory. At present, the cause of the fire has not been known. According to initial information, nail polish and lipstick making was being done in this factory. More than 30 laborers worked there. The workers were asleep at the time of the accident. It is feared that the number of casualties may be high.According to Delhi Police sources, PCR received a call in the early hours at 3.47 in which a fire was reported in a factory near Pillar number 92 near Pratap Nagar Metro. Soon after, the fire department’s site reached the spot. Initially, 15 fire engines were deployed. Later it was increased to 28.
