Female doctor Manju Verma (30) jumped from the eighth floor and died from the fifth floor of Rudra apartment in Mandhana, Kanpur. Manju’s father is posted as Assistant Clerk in Industrial Tribunal Prayagraj. The incident is reported to be of the fifth tower of the apartment. Dr. Manju lived here in her flat with her husband and two-year-old son.
Dr. Manju Verma, daughter of Arjun Prasad, resident of ADA Colony Naini, Assistant Clerk of Industrial Tribunal Prayagraj, was married in January 2019 to Dr. Sushil Verma, resident of Chaturbhujpur village in Rae Bareli. Sushil Verma is posted as Assistant Professor at Orai Medical College. The couple bought a flat number 8 on the eighth floor of the fifth tower of the Rudra apartment. Both were living in it. He also has a two-year-old son. Dr. Manju Verma was preparing for MS after doing MBBS from Swaroop Rani Medical College Prayagraj. The son was not practicing due to being small.
Father Arjun Prasad, who arrived from Prayagraj, said that Dr. Sushil had taken a loan of 40 lakhs to buy a flat in the name of the daughter. Dr. Sushil Verma was pressurizing his wife Manju Verma for loan repayment. Doctor Manju said from where she will pay 40 lakh rupees. There was a dispute between the couple about this. Both were in the flat on Friday night. There was a dispute between the two about this pot at night. The guard of the apartment arrived when someone heard the sound of screaming at two o’clock in the night. Dr. Manju Verma’s body was lying on the floor. Manju’s father Arjun Prasad is accused that Sushil Verma pushed the daughter to death from the eighth floor.
