Entry of Sputnik vaccine in the market from next week

The central government said that the Sputnik vaccine will be available in the market from next week. Also said that from August to December, 216 crore doses of different vaccines are expected to be available in the country. Apart from this, other foreign vaccines can also come, which can increase this number to 3 billion.

NITI ayog member Dr. VK Paul said that continuous work is being done at all levels to provide maximum vaccine. He said that the total of 216 crore vaccine are expected to be available from August to December.  This includes 55 crore doses of Covaxine, 75 crore doses of covishield, 30 crore of Bio-e sub unit vaccine, 5 crore of Zydud Candilla DNA, 20 crore of Nova-vaccine, 10 crore Bharat biotech nazal vaccine, 6 crore zivona and 15 crore doses of Sputnik will be available.
