Major VHP leaders, including the treasurer of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha area, Swami Govind Dev Giri Maharaj and Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Alok Kumar, met President Ram Nath Kovind at 11 am.Officials of several ancillary organizations including Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirthakshetra Nyas and Vishwa Hindu Parishad went to meet the President today to start the Ram Mandir Nirman Nidhi campaign. Trust treasurer Govind Giri ji, Nripendra Mishra, chairman of the building construction committee, VHP executive chairman Alok Kumar, Delhi province president Kulbhushan Ahuja of RSS are meeting the president. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan gave a check of one lakh rupees to Vinayak Rao Deshmukh, the National Organization Minister of Vishwa Hindu Parishad for the construction of Lord Rama’s temple in Ayodhya, under the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Nidhi Abhiyan.
Today, the biggest donation will be received from Rae Bareli for construction of Ram temple. Surendra Singh of Rae Bareli will surrender one crore rupees fund for the construction of the temple today. On this occasion, Champat Rai of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi shrine will be present. Let us tell you that the campaign to raise funds for the Ram temple is starting from today, in which more than twelve crore families in more than five lakh villages will be contacted and donations will be sought from them. The fund raising campaign will be conducted till February 27. Under the campaign, Vishwa Hindu Parishad will take dedication and support from the people for the construction of Ram temple.
During this time there will be coupons of Rs 10, Rs 100 and Rs 1000. Receipts will be given to those who cooperate more than 2000 rupees. Through this donation, the construction of the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya will be completed.
