Baba Ka Dhaba controversy is finally over after the YouTuber Gourav Wasan’s tweet writing, “All is well that ends well. Kanta Prasad said, “Woh ladka koi chor nahi tha, na usko humne kabhi chor kahan hai (That boy was not a thief neither did we call him that),”

Yesteryear, the YouTuber Gourav Wasan featured through his channel showing the “Baba ka Dhaba” owner talking in tears about the loss of his business due to the coronavirus pandemic. Soon after released on YouTube the video went viral and people from across India started helping Kanta Prasad monetarily, which helped him start a restaurant. Baba ka Dhaba was also listed on Zomato. But Kanta Prasad had to shut down his business as it became difficult for him to sustain it since the customer has stopped coming. In an interview with ANI Prasad said, “The heavy expense of around ₹1 lakh was involved in running it and we had to pay ₹36,000 per month to workers working there and the rent of that shop was ₹35,000 per month,”
