The cases of Covid-19 witnessed a record growth in India as 63 new cases of the virus were confirmed on Friday March 20th; this has been the highest number of recorded cases, since the outbreak of corona virus in India.
The number of cases has jumped to 271 as per the latest data of the ministry of health, so far 22 people have been cured or discharged and 4 died due to the virus.
Prime Mister in his address to the nation has called for a self imposed ‘Janta Curfew’ by the citizens to restrict interactions and change in the attitude towards the virus. The curfew will be observed from 7am to 9 pm on the 22nd of March 21, 2020.
The central and state governments are initiating gradual shut down in an attempt to stop community transmission after the emergence of new cases of the Covid-19+ across the nation. The administration is focusing on shutting down all the places with a possibility of public gatherings.
