										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Saturday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in Jammu &amp; Kashmir for the first time since Article 370 was repealed to assess the security situation in the Valley.</p>
<p>Later in the evening, Shah, who is on a three-day visit, met with children at the J&amp;K Youth Club. He told the youth that the repeal of Article 370 on August 5, 2019, signaled the end of terrorism, nepotism, and corruption in the Valley.</p>

<p>When Shah arrived in J&amp;K, he immediately went to see the family of inspector Parvaiz Ahmad, who was shot and killed by terrorists near his home in Nowgam, on the outskirts of Srinagar, on June 22 while returning home after conducting evening prayers at a mosque.</p>
