]]>The post Preparations to Yogi’s fort through Tikait, strategy to contest Yogi in 2022 appeared first on The Edge Media.
]]>The next day i.e. on 29th January, the number of farmers at Ghazipur picket site again became very good. Not only this, RLD leader Jayant Chaudhary first sat near Tikait. Jayant and AAP MP Sanjay Singh went to the Kisan Mahapanchayat organized in Muzaffarnagar by Rakesh’s elder brother Naresh Tikait. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav also called up and inquired about the health of Rakesh Tikait.
Earlier on the same night, former Congress party president Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi also supported Rakesh Tikait through their tweets. After that Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Kumar Lallu sat next to Tikait. Former Haryana Chief Minister CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda’s son and Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Hooda also sat on the dais of Rakesh Tikait. Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia did not lag behind. They too went to Ghazipur to meet Tikait. Some prominent peasants of the peasant movement like Yogendra Yadav and Darshanpal reached the dharna site and revealed the new strategy of the struggle.
Political analyst Dr. Anand Kumar says, today the question is not about religion or culture. The question is about life, it is about bread. If it is not, then where will other things work. They can be useful only when life is saved. The central government had said that by 2022, the income of farmers will double.
After the emotional appeal of Tikait, people’s confidence in the movement is coming again.
In the current situation, the opposition parties did not have the strength. As Anand Kumar, questions are being raised on the judiciary. In such a situation, the path of movement is now visible. BJP has realized that the distance between opposition parties may be reduced in future. As far as Uttar Pradesh is concerned, it will depend on various political parties whether they can take meaningful advantage of the Kisan movement. The conduct of the parties will play a big role in this. They have to distance themselves from their religion or caste equations.
At the same time, it will also be seen that those parties are coming towards the farmers as needed, or they will go with them as partners. This has to be taken care of a lot. The mind of the farmers is very clear. No one can commit hooliganism in their name or with a cover. Today Rakesh Tikait has become a ‘support for drowning straws’ for many political parties. Farmers lack platform, while political parties have the trust and confidence of the people. If they all come to the farmers’ platform with a sense of honesty and discipline, then in 2022, Yogi can be given a tough competition.

]]>The post Yogi model or Nitish model? What will be the agenda of NDA government in Bihar appeared first on The Edge Media.
]]>Please tell that 42 year old Indigo manager Rupesh Kumar Singh was working at Patna Airport. On Tuesday, two bike-ridden criminals killed him in front of his house by firing them. In the capital’s high profile area, the politics of Bihar has been heated due to the murder. On the one hand, the opposition has opened a front against the Nitish government on the law and order and on the other hand BJP and JDU leaders have come face to face.
BJP’s Chhattisgarh co-in-charge and Bihar Bankipur MLA Nitin Naveen has suggested to the government in Bihar to implement Yogi Adityanath’s encounter model of crime control in Uttar Pradesh. He has said that the law and order situation in Bihar is getting worse day by day, which is a big challenge for the Nitish government. The Bihar government should seriously consider this and the state should also adopt the Yogi model against criminals on the lines of UP. From BJP Rajya Sabha member Vivek Thakur to Chhapra BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy, all BJP leaders have questioned the functioning of Bihar Police.
On the statement made by many leaders including BJP MLA Nitin Naveen to question the law and order in Bihar and adopting UP’s Yogi model here, JDU has said that crime will be controlled only by Nitish model in Bihar. JDU’s chief spokesperson Sanjay Kumar objected to the BJP MLA’s statement that Bihar has Nitish Kumar’s government and law and order is under control. With the development of Bihar under the Nitish model, the rule of law has also been established. Nitish government does not need a certificate from anyone on law and order.
Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said that if the department is not handling Nitish Kumar, then give it to someone else. Anyway, he did not have the desire to become CM, so why are he forcibly made. Talking about other recent big cases with Rupesh murder, Tejashwi has alleged that the demon raj in Bihar has said that Bihar is not able to handle the ‘C grade party’s compassionate chief minister’ Nitish Kumar, so he should resign immediately. He also demanded an impartial inquiry into the entire matter, saying that usually the opposition raises questions, but it is ridiculous that Bijpi is also raising questions, which is in the government itself.
The way swords have been pulled together in the BJP and JDU over the law and order of Bihar. Home department is with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Because of this, BJP continues to question the functioning of the police even after being an ally in power.
Actually, JDU seats have come down from BJP this time in Bihar assembly elections. BJP has got 74 seats while JDU has got 43 seats. It has been two months since the Nitish government was formed in Bihar, but so far neither the cabinet has been expanded nor the Legislative Council seats have been agreed. The reason behind this is that the BJP is asking for more ministerial posts in the cabinet, but Nitish is not ready to agree on this. Not only this, BJP being a big party in Bihar wants to interfere in the government according to its own, but JDU is insisting on its own.

]]>Soon, a law will be enacted on Love Jihad in Uttar Pradesh. The Ministry of Home Affairs has sent its proposal to the Law Ministry. Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka had announced that we will enact a new law after the murder of a young woman in Ballabgarh under the guise of the alleged Love Jihad. So that the incidents of marriage can be stopped by greed, pressure, intimidation or bluff of marriage in the law.
Mohsin Raza, the minister of the Yogi government, said that now in UP, it will not work like girls to be converted by converting like a mission. This is a strong message to those jihadis who are converting under its guise. There is complete preparation to put such people in jail.
CM Yogi Adityanath had said that as the Allahabad High Court has clearly stated in one of its decisions that conversion to another religion marriage will be illegal. The state government will bring a law with strict provisions in this regard and then the Ram name of those who do such actions will be true.
– To convert religion, first state government and administration have to give notice before a certain period. So that every single report is recorded in the government data.
– It is also necessary to inform the people of their respective families so that they can take precaution on their behalf. These precautions can be legal ie inheritance or will, moral or even family.
Only for the purpose of marriage or for the convenience of multi-wife marriage, it should be declared illegal to convert in other religion. Punishment should also be strict, not just a name. That means constitutional freedom to decide the path of your faith, but under a legal process. It should not be only through the cost of deposit but also according to the entire legal basis.
