										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to the Central Bureau of Investigation charge sheet against 22 accused in the case, fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi&#8217;s managers rented apartments in Mumbai in the identities of several of their staff members to conceal the authentic files pertaining to the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud.</p>
<p>On Tuesday, a special court took cognizance of the charge sheet and issued a new non-bailable order against Choksi. According to the new charge sheet, the papers were moved from rented locations on the orders of Vipul Chitalia, the then-vice-president of Choksi&#8217;s Gitanjali Group.</p>
<p>According to the CBI, Chitalia kept documents of bogus LOUs and FLCs on Google Drive at Choksi&#8217;s request. When Chitalia was in its possession, the drive was retrieved.</p>
