<p>&#8220;We have got allegations of strange movement of EVMs in Ghazipur, Jhansi, Dumariyaganj, Saran, Chamoli, Fatehabad, and Punjab as well,&#8221; Congress spokesperson Rajeev Shukla told reporters at the party&#8217;s headquarter.</p>
