<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;Please tell that the Allahabad High Court has ordered complete lock down till April 26 in the five most corona affected cities of Uttar Pradesh.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The court has also asked the state government to consider a 15-day lockdown in the entire state.&nbsp; Complete lockdown has been ordered in Lucknow, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Kanpur and Varanasi.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;The order has been issued after hearing the public interest litigation on covid.&nbsp; The next hearing of the case will be held on April 26 at 11 am.&nbsp; The Division Bench of Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Ajit Kumar has given the order.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> There have been 28,287 new covid cases in Uttar Pradesh in the last 24 hours.  The number of active cases in the state is 2,08,000.  So far, 6,61,311 people have been recovered: Uttar Pradesh Additional Chief Secretary Information Navneet Sehgal has given this information. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> He told that &#8220;2,00,751 samples were examined in the state yesterday.  Out of which around 1 lakh samples are from RT-PCR.  So far, more than 3,84,00,000 samples have been investigated in the state.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Allahabad High Court has ordered the Uttar Pradesh government (UP Government) to lock-up five cities by April 26.  According to the High Court directive, all kinds of establishments in Prayagraj, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur and Gorakhpur will be kept closed.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> &#8216;Consider a 15-day lockdown across the state&#8217;<br> The Allahabad High Court has also asked the state government to consider a 15-day lockdown in the entire state.  The order of the High Court will be effective from tonight in these 5 cities. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;That is, there is a complete lockdown order in Lucknow, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Kanpur and Varanasi from tonight itself.&nbsp; This order has been given by the Division Bench of the High Court on Covid-19 in UP.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The next hearing of the case will be held on April 26 at 11 am.&nbsp; The Division Bench of Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Ajit Kumar is hearing the case.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> The Allahabad High Court has issued strict instructions to the Uttar Pradesh government for the cities of Prayagraj, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur Nagar and Gorakhpur regarding the growing corona infection.  Let&#8217;s know what the Allahabad High Court has said in its order-<br> 1. The High Court has said in its order that all the establishments, except the essential services including financial institutions, medical, health services, industrial, municipal and public transport will remain closed till April 26, 2021.<div><br> 2. No more than three people will be allowed at grocery stores and medical shops.  All hotels, restaurants and even small food centers at toll etc. will remain closed till April 26, 2021.</div>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><div><br> 3. All educational institutions, whether government or semi-government teachers and employees will also be closed till April 26, 2021.  This rule is for the whole of Uttar Pradesh.</div>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><div><br> 4. No social ceremonies will be allowed till 26 April 2021, including marriage ceremonies.  However, in case of pre-arranged marriages, permission can be taken from the DM of the district concerned.  </div>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No more than 25 people will be allowed in the wedding ceremony.  The DM should take a decision only after considering the measures taken to prevent corona at his level.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> 5. Any kind of public or religious activities should not be done till April 26, 2021.  All religious establishments are directed to remain closed till 26 April 2021.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> 6. All the street vendors including fruits and vegetables, milk and bread vendors will be able to sell goods on the roads till April 26, 2021 till 11 am every day.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> 7. Information about the Containment Zone should be given every day in two major Hindi and English newspapers in Prayagraj, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur Nagar / Dehat and Gorakhpur districts.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> 8. All types of public movement on the roads should be stopped and movement should be allowed only for medical help and emergency needs.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> 9. Along with this, the High Court has instructed the state government to speed up the vaccination drive further.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> 10. The High Court has today directed the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh to send the DM of the respective districts to implement these instructions.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In Uttar Pradesh, once again, Corona is spreading its legs.&nbsp; Things are now looking worse from bad to worse.&nbsp; Statistics of patients are creating new records every day.&nbsp; Talking about the last 24 hours, 27,426 new corona infected cases have been reported in the state.&nbsp; While 103 people have died.&nbsp; Giving information, Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department, Amit Mohan Prasad said that 6598 new cases have come up in the capital Lucknow.&nbsp; While 35 people have died so far.&nbsp; At the same time, 1758 new cases have been found in Prayagraj, 2344 in Varanasi and 1403 in Kanpur.&nbsp; At the same time, the total cases have become 1,11,835 of the total cases.<br>&nbsp;Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad informed that a total of 2,06,517 samples were examined in the last one day in the state.&nbsp; A total of 3,75,90,753 samples have been investigated so far in the state.&nbsp; In this 89,964 samples have been investigated through RTPCR.&nbsp; He informed that out of 1,29,848 active cases of corona in the state, 66,528 patients are in home isolation.&nbsp; In private hospitals, 2012 people and the remaining patients are undergoing treatment in government hospitals.&nbsp; Apart from this, in the last 24 hours, 4,222 people and so far 6,27,032 people have been properly discharged from covid-19.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> Additional Chief Secretary said that in immunization the figure in the state has crossed one crore.  So far 86,24,856 people have been given the first dose of vaccine and out of those who have taken the first dose, 14,26,472 people have been given the second dose of vaccine.  In this way, a total of 1,00,51,328 vaccine doses have been made in the state so far.<br> Important instructions of CM Yogi KGMU and Balrampur Hospital of Lucknow are to be converted and operated as Dedicated covid Hospitals within a period of next 24 hours.  Health Minister and Medical Education Minister will monitor this important work.  With the operation of these two newly dedicated covid Hospitals, there will be an expansion of about 4000 beds in Lucknow.  Both ministers will ensure that all the necessary medical arrangements related to treatment of covid patients are available in these hospitals.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Girls died of suffocation in a car today in village Kandauli in Roopwas police station area in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> According to sources, Prabhu was remembered in three houses by satsang in a house . All three died of suffocation after the car was closed for a car parked outside the house. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> The names of the deceased innocents are said to be six-year-old. Hina daughter Rambabu, five-and-a-half-year-old Vaishnavi daughter Laxman and five-year-old Pihu daughter Kailash.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">All three came there with their mother.  Due to the sound of satsang, no one could hear the voice of the girls.  They succumbed one by one.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> It was said that the three girls reached the car while playing.  They opened the car door and sat inside the car.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">After this, the car automatic stopped.  In a hurry, the three girls was taken to the hospital in Roopwas town. Doctors declared the three girls dead.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> As soon as the information of the incident was  Police Officer Bhojaram Maya Jabta reached the spot and inquire  the incident.  Family members cremated all three girls.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A surprising case has come to light in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.  A colonel posted in the Central Ordinance Department (COD) has been accused of raping his friend&#8217;s Russian wife.  An FIR has been registered in this case and efforts are on to arrest the accused.<br> His friend has accused a colonel posted in Kanpur.  According to the complaint lodged with the police, the colonel called him and his wife at his official bungalow.  After which he mixed some alcohol, which made him unconscious.  And taking advantage of this, the colonel raped his wife.<br> Now in this case, the police has given a statement that according to the charge, an FIR has been registered.  Medical examination of the woman is going on.  Also, efforts are being made to arrest the colonel who is accused.<br> According to SP Kanpur City Rajkumar Aggarwal, a team has been formed to investigate the matter, which is engaged in its work.  According to the FIR, the incident took place around 9 pm on the 10th.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> Three more persons have been arrested in connection with the murder of journalist Ratan Singh in Uttar Pradesh&#8217;s Ballia, a senior police official said on Sunday.    Six people were arrested earlier in the case on August 25, police said.  &#8220;A joint team of police, Special Operations Group and surveillance on Saturday arrested Uday Narayan Singh, Anil Singh and Tejbahadur Singh,&#8221; Superintendent of Police Devendra Nath said on Sunday.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The three were carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 each on information leading to their arrest, the SP said.  A stick and two axes used in the crime have been recovered, he said. The SP said a local court had issued a non-bailable warrant against the three accused.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ratan Singh (45), who worked with a Hindi news channel, was shot dead on August 24 night in the Phephana police station area of the district.  A day later, a police officer was suspended while six people were arrested in connection with the murder.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ballia&#8217;s Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sanjay Yadav had earlier said that on the complaint of the journalist&#8217;s father, six people &#8212; Sushil Singh, Dinesh Singh, Arvind Singh, Suneel Singh, Vir Bahadur Singh and Vinay Singh &#8211;have been arrested. He added that Phephana police station in-charge Shashi Mauli Pandey was suspended.  He said the complaint was lodged against 10 people.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">According to the ASP, the journalist&#8217;s father, Vinod Singh, alleged that Sonu Singh of their village had called his son to his house around 8 pm where the accused were waiting with lathis and a revolver and they killed him. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Prashant Kumar had stated on August 24 night that Ratan Singh had a property dispute with his neighbour and after a fight between the two, he was shot dead. &#8212; <em>PTI</em></p>
