As per Maksym Kozytskiy, Jolie, who has been a UNHCR special envoy for refugees since 2011, came to talk to displaced persons who have sought safety in Lviv, especially children who are being treated for injuries received in the missile attack on the Kramatorsk train station in early April.</p>
