<p>Several micro teams of Indian officials were dispatched to the eastern area of Ukraine to assist the Indians, who were largely academics seeking refuge in universities and shelters. The pupils were also transported by buses and cars. Late Sunday, the Indian embassy in Kyiv announced that a team of diplomats had been positioned in Poltava.</p>
