										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Amid plenty of speculation, UK housing secretary Robert Jenrick said on Sunday data is looking “very positive” for the government to kick off the final step of a four-step roadmap out of lockdown. Citing the data, Jenrick told Sky News that the country can move away from many of the restrictions which are underway in order to contain the virus.</p>
<p>The data that we&#8217;re seeing that the Prime Minister is reviewing at the moment ahead of his decision point on the roadmap looks very positive,&#8221; Jenrick said. &#8220;It does seem as if we can now move forward and move to a much more permissive regime where we move away from many of those restrictions that have been so difficult for us,” he added.</p>
<p>The United Kingdom is witnessing another surge in coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases, driven by the highly transmissible Delta variant first detected in India. The surge had earlier prompted the government to extend the lockdown easing by four weeks when the country was reporting around 7000 new coronavirus disease cases per day.</p>
<p>While there has not been a spike in virus-related deaths, Britain is currently reporting around 25,000 new confirmed Covid-19 cases daily. The UK, however, is counting on its vaccination coverage, which is among one of the highest in the world, to ease almost all restrictions from July 19. Almost half of the British population has been fully vaccinated, and about 66% of the population has been administered at least one shot of the Covid-19 vaccine.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The UK strain is behind the rise in Corona cases in Delhi.  This has been revealed in the analysis of samples.  Statistics from the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) show that more than 400 cases of UK strains and cases of Indian double mutants were found in Delhi in Delhi.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp; Around 11 per cent of the samples across India have become cause for concern.&nbsp; In India, 3.32 lakh new cases of Corona have been registered on Friday while 2263 people have died in the last 24 hours. This is the new record of Corona virus infection in one day in the country. Talk of UK strain so far in the country&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A total of 1,644 cases have been reported, in addition to 112 cases of South African strain, one in Brazil strain and 732 cases of double mutants.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">According to the NCDC, cases of UK strain in Delhi have doubled since the month of March.&nbsp; Sujit Kumar Singh, director of the NCDC, says, &#8220;The main reason for the rise of Corona case in Delhi is the UK strain.&#8221;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;He said, &#8216;There is a different situation in Delhi.&nbsp; UK variants and B 1617 (double mutation) are present here.&nbsp; It cannot draw full conclusions about this, but we have seen an increase in UK variants from 28 per cent on March 2 to 50 per cent for the previous week.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If we combine this increase, I think it is directly related to the UK variants. Genome sequencing has shown the relationship between the variants and how the corona is growing.&nbsp; Variants have been found in 1,735 (11.5 per cent) out of 15,135 samples.</p>
