<p dir="ltr">&#8220;Unfortunately, according to the latest information, a train collision&#8230; has killed three and left dozens of people injured,&#8221; national rail operator Sprava zeleznic said on Twitter.</p>
<p dir="ltr">&#8220;All the passengers have been evacuated from the trains,&#8221; the firm added.</p>
<p dir="ltr">National police said all passengers were accounted for, adding that the accident happened shortly after 8:00 am (0600 GMT) at Milavce.</p>
<p dir="ltr">&#8220;At the moment, 31 people whose lives are not in danger are being treated, seven people are in a critical state and two are dead&#8221;, a spokeswoman for Plzen region rescue teams, Maria Svobodova told <a href="http://iRozhlas.cz">iRozhlas.cz</a></p>
<p dir="ltr">The Munich-to-Prague train, number Ex 351 belonging to the German firm Die Laenderbahn, collided with a regional service between the Czech towns of Plzen and Domazlice.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Several foreigners were travelling aboard the German train and some of them were among the injured, local media reported.</p>
<p dir="ltr">According to footage shown on Czech public television, one part of the German train was completely mangled, though both vehicles remained upright.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Die Laenderbahn said in a statement that &#8220;the running of the train on the Czech side is the responsibility of the CD&#8221;, the Ceske drahy rail company.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Czech Transport Minister Karel Havlicek said &#8220;the Ex 351 did not respect a signal&#8230; and crashed into the regional train&#8221;.</p>
<p dir="ltr">&#8220;The situation is serious,&#8221; Havlicek said as he headed to the scene of the accident.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis tweeted his &#8220;sincere condolences to the families of the dead. It is important to save other lives. Then everything must be investigated.&#8221;</p>
<p dir="ltr">&#8220;Unfortunately, this summer is full of tragedies,&#8221; he added.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Four helicopters, several ambulances and dozens of rescuers were dispatched to the site.</p>
<p dir="ltr">&#8220;The German Red Cross, the Bavarian ambulance service and doctors from (the German city of) Cham are also at the scene of the rail accident,&#8221; Czech police tweeted.</p>
<p dir="ltr">&#8220;German police have also offered assistance,&#8221; they added.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Indian Railways is now coming out with a new class in trains. Till now there were only three classes in AC coaches of Railways but now a new class named &#8216;AC Three Tier Economy Class&#8217; is going to start soon. Different types of coaches are being made for this category of trains. The first batch of coaches being built in the rail coach factory of Kapurthala is ready.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">What does &#8216;Three Tier AC Economy Class&#8217; mean?</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The existing coaches&#8217; AC coaches were divided into three classes of first AC, second AC and third AC. But now there will also be a fourth class which will be called the three tier AC economy class.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">What will be the difference between third AC and third AC economy class?</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>The main difference between the two coaches is that the third AC currently has 72 berths while the third AC economy class will have 83 berths. That means it will have 11 berths more.</li><li>This will increase the rail revenue per coach.</li><li>Third AC fares will be increased in advance and third AC economy will get new class.</li><li>Third AC economy class seats created by taking out more seats in third AC coaches, there will be some passes. Three tier economy class will be cheaper than third AC<br>Passengers traveling in new coaches of three tier economy class or third AC economy class will not be expensive. Its fare will be equal to the rent of third AC. But the fare of third AC will be increased. Newly built AC three tier economy class coaches will now be sent for trial<br>Before any new rail engine or coaches are brought back on track for passengers, it is tested by Research Design and Standard Organization (RDSO). On Wednesday, the first three-tier economy class coach made from the rail coach factory Kapurthala will also be sent to Lucknow for testing. Railways claim that these coaches will be the cheapest AC passenger hired coaches in the world. 248 such coaches will be built in RCF Kapurthala this financial year. Other highlights of the new coach</li><li>In the new coach, for the first time, the Railways have removed the high voltage electric switchgear from inside the coach and installed it at the bottom of the train, which made it easy to add 11 additional seats in the coach.</li><li>It has a separate AC duct for each passenger, which the passenger can open or close at his convenience.</li><li>Lighting is improved</li><li>Walls and interior are much better.</li></ol>
