										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On the first death anniversary of Sushant Singh Rajput, Vikas Singh, the lawyer of the deceased actor’s family, on Monday expressed disappointment over the pace of probe by the Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) into the sensational death case of the actor. The lawyer also raised objections to the reports stating that AIIMS has confirmed death by suicide.</p>
<p>While expressing his views to ANI, Singh said that it was very surprising that CBI hasn&#8217;t been able to do anything. The lawyer opined that CBI should have done custodial interrogation of persons named in FIR and those who were at his residence especially (Siddharth) Pithani because he changed his stand.</p>
<p>Expressing shock over the reports saying that AIIMS has confirmed that SSR died by suicide, the lawyer of the Sushant’s family said, “I have seen some AIIMS reports coming out. The same head of the premier institute told me personally when he had seen the strangulation mark from the picture of the actor that it is 200% strangulation. Now, suddenly he&#8217;s saying it is a pure and simple case of suicide.”</p>
<p>He hoped that the new CBI Director will give priority to the Sushant death case and get the chargesheet filed at the earliest.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had a clue in Sushant Singh Rajput case, which is being linked to producer Dinesh Vijan and his production house Maddock Films.  It is being told that Rs 17 crore was given to Sushant and that the film was for &#8216;Rabta&#8217;.  Now Dinesh Vijan has released his statement on this matter.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dinesh Vijan has told from his production house Maddock Films that he did not give any money to Sushant.  The statement says, &#8220;Maddock Films did not pay Sushant Singh Rajput in Hungary.  And Maddock did not even take payment of 17 crore rupees from the actor in fees or any other way in Hungary, as mentioned in your article.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">We paid the entire payment to Sushant for the film Raabta in the same way as it was written in his agreement and which he signed.  And this payment was given to him in India.  We had also submitted strong evidence of this payment to the Department (ED).  Also note that the T-series handled all the funding and money for the shooting in Hungary.  You can also confirm this with T-series.</p>
