										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Russia&#8217;s Covid vaccine &#8220;Sputnik&#8221; which was launched on Friday in the Indian market has been priced at Rs.995 per dose. Pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy&#8217;s Lab gave this information on Friday. The company said that one dose of this vaccine imported from Russia is worth Rs. 948. After applying GST @5%, its price becomes Rs.995.40 per dose.</p>
<p>The company said in a statement &#8221; After the production of Sputnik in the country itself, its price may be reduced a little.&#8221;</p>
<p>The company said that Sputnik-V is first vaccine was initially administered to Deepak Sapra in Hyderabad. He is the global head of custom pharma services of Dr. Reddy&#8217;s Lab.</p>
<p>The company said Sputnik&#8217;s first shipment from Russia arrived in India on May 1. The vaccine was approved on 13 May 2021 from the central pharmaceutical laboratory, kasauli. More consignment of this vaccine are going to reach India in coming months.</p>
<p>Dr. Reddy&#8217;s Lab said that it is in touch with it&#8217;s six manufacturing partners in India, who will produce the vaccine in the country.
