Svaytong Khangteboung Police Chief Svaytong Khangtboung claimed that this occurred in a hamlet in Kampong Trach district of Svaytong Khangtboung municipality when victims drank rice at one of their neighbours&#8217; funerals on Friday.</p>
<p>Kong said that samples of hazardous wine were obtained for laboratory tests in Phnom Penh City, and the findings have not yet been verified.</p>
<p>The incidence of poisoning was verified by Nha Bunthan, Chief of the Kampot Provincial Health Department but could not provide further details, while his subordinates worked on it.</p>
