The incident, which unfolded in front of dozens of citizens and officials, has sparked massive political uproar and raised serious questions about the security of India’s capital’s top leader.</p>
<p><strong>The Shocking Sequence of Events</strong></p>
<p>According to eyewitnesses, the assailant, later identified as Rajesh Bhai Khimji Bhai Sakariya, a 41-year-old resident of Rajkot, Gujarat, walked into the camp office disguised as an aggrieved citizen.
