										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nine policemen have been suspended following the death of 10 people due to the consumption of suspected spurious liquor in this district of Uttar Pradesh, police officials said on Thursday.</p>
<p>Police have confirmed that four people died after consuming spurious liquor and said investigation is on to ascertain the reason behind the death of six others.</p>
<p>&#8220;Nine police personnel, including three SHOs and six constables, have been suspended over the incident. We have also sent a recommendation for action against the guilty excise officers and the policemen to the government,&#8221; Additional Director General of Police, Agra, Rajeev Krishna said.</p>
<p>He said, &#8220;Reports from Forensic Science Laboratory confirmed the presence of methyl alcohol in four viscera samples sent for testing&#8221;.</p>
<p>Thus the four men died after consuming spurious liquor, he added.</p>
<p>Ten people died in Agra in the past four days after consuming spurious liquor, family members have said.</p>
<p>Four deaths were reported in Deoria Village and two deaths in Garhi Jahan village in the Shamsabad area of the district.</p>
<p>The three Station House Officers (SHOs) against whom the action was taken are from Taj Ganj, Shamsabad and Dauki areas, police said.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Delhi Women&#8217;s Commission (DCW) has issued a notice to the Delhi Police seeking a reply for not having a woman police station in-charge (SHO) in one of the 178 police stations in the capital.  The Commission has asked the Delhi Police to explain why there is no woman SHO in any of the police stations even after 33 per cent reservation?<br> In this regard, the Commission has asked the Delhi Police to reply by 19 March.  DCW, taking cognizance of the media report, has sought a reply from the Delhi Police.  According to the report, there are 178 police stations of Delhi Police in the capital, but not one of them is in charge of a woman police station.  According to the report, the Delhi Police has 33 per cent reservation for women.  The Commission has said that while we are working for gender equality in the present times, it is very unfortunate to not have a single woman police station in-charge of Delhi Police.<br> Commission chairperson Swati Maliwal has said that &#8216;We have received reports that not all of the 178 police stations of Delhi Police have a female SHO.  He has said that this information is extremely unfortunate and surprising.  Maliwal has said that it is very important for women to get general rights in the Delhi Police Department.<br> He said that we believe it is very important to have women SHO especially in GB Road area and other such areas.  The chairman of the commission said that we have sought information from the police why there is no female SHO in any police station.  He said that we are taking this issue seriously and will work towards bringing change.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The resentment of farmers against the new agricultural laws is increasing day by day.  The farmers are not ready to back down from their demand for repeal of all three agricultural laws.  In such a situation, politics has started between the ruling and opposition parties on agricultural laws.<br> BJP is starting Kisan Sammelan and Chaupal to raise public support on agricultural laws across the country.  At the same time, the opposition has started a dharna at the village-village panchayat and district headquarters in support of the farmers.  In this way, the opposition is preparing to bring the flaws of the law among the farmers.  Overall, the politics of the parties and opposition on the issue of farmers seems to be intensifying.<br> BJP&#8217;s farmer Chaupal Seeing less scope for reconciliation with the farmers, BJP has pledged to convey the benefits of agricultural laws to the farmers across the country.  BJP has announced to put chaupal in 700 places across the country.  Through these chaupals, the BJP will work to remove misconceptions about agricultural laws and to make farmers count the benefits of the law so that the farmers can counter the movement.  From BJP big leaders and Union ministers to BJP-ruled states, ministers will be involved in the Kisan Sammelan and Chaupal.<br> BJP&#8217;s conference in UP The BJP Kisan Sammelan in Uttar Pradesh will be inaugurated by former Union Minister and party in-charge of the state, Radha Mohan Singh from Basti district on Monday.  Starting from 14 December, this farmers conference will run till 18 December.  Radhamohan Singh will take part in the Kisan Sammelan in three to four districts every day.  BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh said that confusion is being spread among farmers about the agriculture bill brought by the central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.<br> He said that the parties which cheated the farmers while in power for decades, the same people are spreading confusion among the farmers about the historical laws today.  In such a situation, it is our duty to explain the right things of law to the farmers.  He said that the top priority of the Narendra Modi-led government at the center is village, poor, farmers and the new agricultural laws introduced by the central government are going to provide more opportunities and options to the farmers.<br> SP&#8217;s demonstration at district headquarters If the BJP is organizing a conference to mobilize public support on the agriculture law of the state, then the Samajwadi Party is standing in favor of the farmers.  SP activists have started protests against agricultural laws at district headquarters across the state.  However, in view of the SP&#8217;s protests, the administration has deployed a large number of police forces in all the districts.  Many SP leaders are also being told that they are under house arrest.  The Samajwadi Party office located at Kaiserbagh was converted into a camp.  Samajwadi Party workers are reaching the office in Kaiserbagh in large numbers.  In such a situation, the police has barricaded the Samajwadi Party office and surrounded it from all sides.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The central government has become active to end the peasant movement.  Buta Singh, president of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Dakonda), has claimed that Home Minister Amit Shah has spoken to him on Monday afternoon.  It is claimed that Amit Shah has given assurance of official talks and said to give the letter.<br> Buta Singh reached the border border on Monday afternoon, where he said this.  According to Buta Singh, Amit Shah called around 12.30 pm and asked about the conversation.  However, the farmer leader refused to accept the condition of being a victim.<br> Amit Shah has agreed to talk on this issue yet again and has said that he will send a letter for talks by evening, in which tomorrow there is expected to be officially talks between farmers and the government.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">On the occasion of International Children&#8217;s Rights Day, a BA student in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, a Kotwal was made for a day.  After handling the charge of Kotwali, five cases came in front of the student, in which instructions were given to register an FIR in two cases, while in three cases, the police station in-charge concerned was investigated and asked for further action.  Let me tell you that on the instructions of UP DGP Hitesh Chandra Awasthi, student has been made a police station in every district for a day to give the message of child and women empowerment.<br> On the instructions of the government, Sushmita Yadav, a third year BA student of Government Women’s College, Ghazipur, got the city Kotwal Vimal Mishra sitting in his chair for a day.  At the same time, Kotwal was seen working as his associate.  Not only this, the CUG number of Kotwal also remained with Sushmita.<br> Sushmita Yadav heard many complaints coming on CUG number and gave directions to settle the cases through light charge.  Let us know that on the occasion of International Children&#8217;s Rights Day, the charge of 1535 police stations and policemen was given to promising female students of the district for one day.<br> Sushmita, who became a day-long Kotwal, told that sitting in this chair, she feels very good.  Sushmita said that the next goal is to become an IPS.
