The post Israel President praised the generosity of the Indian caregiver who was killed in the Hamas rocket attack appeared first on The Edge Media.
]]>Soumya Santosh was from Kerala’s Idukki district and was a caregiver professional. She was attending an old woman at a house in the Southern Israeli coastal city of Ashkelon. She died in a rocket attack from Gaza while she was talking to her husband on May 11.
Mr. Rivlin called her family on Wednesday and expressed his condolences. He said that he hopes they would find comfort in her “generosity and kind-heartedness”.
A statement from the Presidency said,”President of Israel Reuven Rivlin spoke earlier this week with the family of Soumya Santosh, an Indian citizen working as a caregiver in Israel, who was killed in rocket fire on Ashkelon on Tuesday (May 11)”. The Israeli President tweeted and expressed deep condolences to the families of foreign workers for their “tragic deaths”.
On behalf of the State of #Israel and its people I told Soumya Santosh’s husband Santhosh I hope he finds comfort in the love, the generosity and the kindheartedness she gave to others in need.
I thank PM @narendramodi
and the people of #India for their support for Israel.— Reuven Rivlin (@PresidentRuvi) May 21, 2021

]]>He said,”There are only two ways that you can deal with them”, addressing the Hamas in a Tel Aviv briefing for a group of foreign ambassadors. “You can either conquer them, and that’s always an open possibility, or you can deter them, and we are engaged right now in forceful deterrence, but I have to say we don’t rule out anything”.
Netanyahu connected the dramatic rush in violence to a decision by Palestinian Authority president Mahmud Abbas to cancel the elections that was scheduled for this weekend. Palestinian experts say that Hamas is now seeking to establish the real defenders of Palestinians against Israel.
Netanyahu said,” When Hamas saw that these elections were not going to take place, they sought to.. incite riots, to incite violence, in order to further their political goals”.

]]>The threads attached to the tweet said that those were the rockets meant to kill Israeli Civilians. It also asked to make no mistake since it has every address. “What would you do if that address was yours?”
In response to this Netizens trolled them for the deaths that they are responsible. One of them even tweeted the child emojis saying each one signifies each child killed by them. At least 212 Palestine civilians have been killed in the week long airstrikes including 61 children, almost 1400 people injured, according to the reports of The Gaza Health Ministry.
The tweets have faced severe criticism in view of the high death toll due to the ongoing attacks. Netziens , in response, seem to show solidarity with Palestine.
Make no mistake. Every rocket has an address. What would you do if that address was yours?

]]>According to the Gaza health officials, the death toll reached 201 last week, which also included 58 children and 34 women. The Israeli authorities said that 10 people were killed in Israel including two children.
The death of the Hussam Abu Harmeed, the armed commander of north Gaza’s Islamic Jihad will most certainly draw an aggressive response from the militant group.
The Israeli military said,”Harbeen had been behind several anti-tank missile terror attacks against Israeli civilians”. However the militant groups in Gaza have not given any sign of stopping the fights. Later after the incident, Islamic Jihad said that it had fired rockets on the coastal cities of Israel. Israel has also bombed the underground tunnels used by Hamas to take revenge for the attack on their coastal cities.
