<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A new wave of Corona virus has caused outcry in the country.&nbsp; On this issue, a hearing was held in the Madras High Court on Monday.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp; The High Court has held the Election Commission responsible for the second wave of Corona, because the Election Commission did not stop the election rallies even after the Corona crisis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Madras High Court Chief Justice S.&nbsp; Banerjee said during the hearing that the Election Commission is responsible for the second wave of Corona.&nbsp; The court said that if the murder charge is imposed on the Election Commission officials, it will not be wrong.<br>&nbsp;In court, when the Election Commission responded that the covid guidelines were followed on their behalf, the rules were followed on voting day.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>The court was angry at this and asked if the Election Commission was on the second plane when the campaign was going on.<br>&nbsp;The court gave a stringent warning The court has also warned that if the guidelines related to covid are not followed on May 2 and its blueprint is not prepared, then it will ban the counting of votes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The court said during the hearing that the issue of health is very important, but the matter of concern is that the court has to remind it.  This time the situation has become such that one has to struggle to stay alive.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> The High Court has now directed the Election Commission that it should make a plan with the Health Secretary and prepare for the counting day.  The High Court has asked to make a plan by April 30.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, during the last 24 hours. 1761 people have died due to Corona virus across the country.  Till now, this deadly virus has caused 180530 deaths across the country.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> Testing is being continuously done to identify corona patients in the country. More than 1.5 million tests are being done in the country every day. Although new cases of corona are also increasing in the country with increasing testing.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp; During the last 24 hours, more than 2.59 lakh new cases of corona virus have been reported across the country.&nbsp; More than 2 lakh cases have been reported daily in the country for 6 consecutive days.<br>&nbsp;Due to continuous increase in new cases of Corona, its active cases have also reached record levels in the country.&nbsp; According to the Ministry of Health, the number of active cases of corona in the country has crossed 20.31 lakhs till Tuesday morning.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Corona virus has once again gained momentum in the country.  On Tuesday, more than 24000 new cases have been reported across the country.  With this, the total number of active cases of Corona has reached 223432 across the country.  In the case of these active cases, Maharashtra is the first number, that too especially from three districts.  Those three districts are Pune, Nagpur and Mumbai, where each district currently has more than 12000 active cases.  This is the reason why there has been an increase in active cases in the country.<br> According to data released by the Union Health Ministry on Tuesday, 77 percent of the active cases in the country have come from Maharashtra, Punjab and Haryana.  Karnataka has also seen an increase in new cases of Corona.  Karnataka contributes 3.97 per cent to active cases while Tamil Nadu accounts for 2.30 per cent.  The Health Ministry has released district-wise active case data.<br><strong>Maharashtra contributes 59 percent in active cases</strong> Talking about the districts of Maharashtra, Pune ranks first with 26,468 active cases.  After this, Nagupar is second with 18,114 active cases and Mumbai is third in 13309 cases.  There are 12680 active cases in Thane and 8035 in Nashik.  In this way, 59 percent of the corona active cases in the country are from Maharashtra.  Corona cases have increased rapidly in two districts of Maharashtra, Pune and Mumbai.  As of now, on March 11, there were 18474 active cases in Pune, 9973 in Mumbai and 12724 in Nagpur.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The first consignment of Corona vaccine has reached the country&#8217;s capital Delhi.  With this, the vaccination campaign will start across the country from Saturday 16 January.  The Pune-based Serum Institute of India has started a vaccine supply in different parts of the country on Tuesday.  Vaccine supply started in the early hours of Tuesday by special aircraft which reached Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi at around 10 am.  They will be kept in cold storage from now on and will be delivered to the vaccination center when the vaccination begins.  Pune Zone-5 DCP Namrata Patil said that the first consignment has been dispatched amidst adequate security arrangements.<br>   Union Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said, &#8216;Today Air India, SpiceJet and Indigo Airlines with 56.5 lakhs dose from Pune to Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Guwahati, Shillong, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Bangalore, Lucknow and Chandigarh.  Will operate 9 flights for.<br>    Ajay Singh, President and Managing Director of SpiceJet said, &#8216;SpiceJet has delivered the first batch of the Covid vaccine in India today.  The first batch of &#8216;Covishield&#8217; had 34 cases weighing 1088 kg which were brought from Pune to Delhi.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The first batch was dispatched under tight security.  The consignment of the Covishield vaccine in three trucks was transported to Pune International Airport.  They will be delivered to various parts of the country from the airport.  The work of vaccination in the country will start from Saturday 16 January. Sandeep Bhosle, MD, SB Logistics, the company responsible for dispatching the drug consignment, said that today, the Corona vaccine will be sent from Pune airport to 13 locations in the country by eight aircraft.  The first aircraft has reached Delhi from Pune Airport.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Let us know that the airlift of &#8216;Covishield&#8217; vaccine prepared at Serum Institute of India has been delayed.  The first batch of the vaccine was to be airlifted on Thursday night.Serum Institute of India had dismissed rumors of delay in the process of transport due to any agreement with the central government regarding the price.  CEO of Serum Institute, Adar Poonawala had said that there is no compromise or bargain about the price here.  Some procedures were required to be followed before the vaccine dose was transported. Poonawala had said that the first 10 crore doses of Covishield would be given to the government at the rate of about 200 rupees per dose.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Battling the third wave of Corona in the month of November and witnessing a record-breaking case, Health Minister Satyendar Jain of the country&#8217;s capital Delhi has claimed a 45% drop in infection rates.  The most important thing is that the infection rate of the result revealed by the RTPCR test in the month of November in Delhi is much higher than the antigen test, whereas instead of RTPCR test, the number of antigen test in Delhi is manifold.<br> According to the data released by Health Minister Satyendra Jain:<br> &#8211; On November 07, the infection rate was the highest at 15.26%.  A total of 50,754 tests were conducted on this day, and 7,745 people were found to be Corona positive. &#8211; Out of total test (50,754) held on 07 November, the number of RTPCR test was 15,982.  Of these, 4,827 people were found positive.  On this day, the infection rate of the result revealed by RTPCR was 30.20%. &#8211; At the same time, on November 07, the number of those conducting antigen test was 34,772 and out of these, 2,918 people were found positive and the result of the antigen test results on this day was 8.39%. &#8211; On November 10, the maximum number of cases were registered in Delhi.  On this day, the highest total of 64,121 tests was done so far and a record 8,593 people were found to be Corona positive.  On November 10, the infection rate in Delhi was 13.40%. &#8211; Out of total test (64,121) conducted on November 10, the number of RTPCR test was 19,304 out of which 5,359 people were found positive.  On this day, the infection rate of the result revealed by the RTPCR was 27.76%. At the same time, on November 10, the number of those who had antigen test was 44,817 and out of these 3,234 people were found positive.  The infection rate of the result revealed by the antigen test on this day was 7.22%. A total of 63,266 tests were conducted on 25 November in Delhi and 5,475 of these were found to be Corona positive.  On 25 November, the infection rate in Delhi is 8.65%. &#8211; Out of total test (63,266) conducted on 25th November, the number of RTPCR test was 28,897, which is the largest and record number of RTPCR test in Delhi till date. &#8211; Out of 28,897 RTPCR tests done on this day, 4,578 people were found positive and the result of RTPCR revealed the infection rate was 15.84%. At the same time, on November 25, the number of those conducting antigen tests was 34,369 and out of these 897 people were found positive.  The infection rate of the result revealed by the antigen test on this day was 2.61%.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In  serious situation of Corona in Delhi-NCR, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh announced new restrictions in the state on Wednesday.  Night curfew has been imposed again in all cities and towns.  Also, the penalty will be doubled for not wearing masks or following social distance from December 1.<br> All hotels, restaurants and marriage palaces in Punjab will be closed at 9.30 pm.  Night curfew will remain in force from 10 am to 5 am.  A spokesman of the Punjab government said that for not following the Corona Protocol, now a fine of up to 1000 rupees will be imposed instead of 500 rupees.  The night curfew will be reviewed on 15 December.<br> In influx of Delhi patients in Punjab, it has also been decided to review and optimize bed availability in private hospitals of the state.  The Chief Minister has asked Chief Secretary Vini Mahajan to work with the concerned departments so that the corona can be availed with the help of more private hospitals for the corona.</p>
