<p>&#8220;Sexual intercourse or sexual act by a man with his wife, the wife not being under 18 years of age, is not rape,&#8221; the Chhattisgarh High Court said.</p>
<p>The complaint of a woman who claimed her husband of having sexual relations with her against her will did not hold up to legal examination, Mumbai Additional Sessions judge Sanjashree J Gharat had said earlier this month.</p>
