<p>The news agency of the TASS reports that the spray is employed by the same vaccination &#8220;only a nozzle instead of a needle is employed&#8221; by Aleksandro Gintsburg, who heads the Gamaleya Institute which produced the Sputnik V.</p>
<p>By Sep. 15 Gintsburg was cited in a conference with President Vladimir Putin, as suggesting that this child&#8217;s shot will be prepared for release.</p>
