Javed Akhtar, the poet and lyricist who was recently in the news for comparing the RSS to the Taliban, condemned the attack on Congress leader Kapil Sibal’s house in New Delhi on Friday, saying that those who attacked Sibal’s house for expressing an opinion about the Congress party’s working process are the same people who criticize the Modi government for “curbing freedom of expression.”

Javed Akhtar said that “Shouldn’t Rahul Gandhi condemn these hooligans in the strongest words? ”

The ‘hooliganism’ outside Kapil Sibal’s residence in response to his remark that G-23, the breakaway Congress leadership group, is not ‘Jee Huzoor 23,’ has essentially split the party into two camps: those who question the high command and those who support it.

A three-judge bench headed by CJI SA Bobde said on Thursday, ‘We are seeing that the hearing is going on in 6 different high courts – Delhi, Bombay, Sikkim, Madhya Pradesh, Calcutta and Allahabad High Court – on issues like corona and oxygen at the moment.

Has been  This may cause confusions. ‘  The bench asked Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing on behalf of the central government, to state a national plan on the issue.

Supreme Court is looking into 4 issues The Chief Justice said that the Supreme Court is looking into 4 issues – supply of oxygen, supply of essential medicines, mode of vaccination and states’ right to impose lockdown.

The court said that we want the right of lockdown to be with the states, it should not be a judicial decision.  Nevertheless, we shall consider the judicial rights of the High Court to impose lockdown.
Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court has also instructed the government that the Center should strictly follow its orders.

Even if the earth and sky have to be united.  High courts of 4 states have already reprimanded the government for lack of oxygen and essential medicines in hospitals.

Lack of oxygen has become a major challenge amid the second wave of corona in the country.  The situation in Delhi is very bad.

The director (medical) of Delhi’s Sir Gangaram Hospital said at around 8.30 am on Friday that 25 patients had died in the last 24 hours.  He warns that oxygen will run out in the next 2 hours.

The ventilator and bypass are also not working properly.  In such a situation, there is an urgent need to airlift oxygen.  Because the lives of 60 more patients are in danger.  After this, the oxygen tanker reached the hospital at around 9.45 am.

Prime Minister Modi, who announced the complete lockdown in the country in March last year, stressed in his latest address that it is necessary to save the country from lockdown.

There are solid reasons behind his saying, the entire country has gone through a lot of difficulties and challenges due to the covid infection in the thirteen months of March 2020 to April 2021.

After the lockdown, efforts were made to bring the country’s economy back on track by starting the process of unlocking.

Until last month, it seemed that the economy of India was devastated by the epidemic.  In view of this recovery, several international rating agencies and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) had predicted India’s growth rate to grow between 10 and 13 percent in FY 2021-22.

But not only has this recovery been braided due to the second horrific wave of corona virus in April, but the boom in the last six months seems to be moving.

The rating agencies have reduced India’s growth rate by two percent, making changes in their forecasts.

Now, with the state governments making announcements of new restrictions almost daily, there are bound to be obstacles in the development of the economy.

Unemployment is increasing, there are full signs of rising inflation and migration of workers from big cities has also started.

According to Finance Ministry sources, the central government is taking a deep review of the economic situation.

The government has come to the conclusion that the lockdown will not be imposed across the country like last year and there is no such plan this time in the way that large economic packages were given in 2020.  Help will be given, but it will be according to the need.
