<p>Rohit Joshi was then asked by the Delhi Police to appear before them on May 18. A copy of the summons was put on the wall of the officials&#8217; home. The woman said in her complaint that the minister&#8217;s son raped her multiple times between January 8 and April 17 this year, promising to marry her, for which the Delhi Police initially submitted a zero First Information Report or zero FIR.</p>

SSP Kishtwar  Shafqat Bhat said that four bodies have been recovered while a number of people, with reports coming in suggesting the number to be around 36, are missing.  </span></p>
