She alleged that the CMs were reduced to nothing but puppets. <p>Later, the Prime Minister held a meeting with the District Magistrates. Though there were a few Chief Ministers present, the meeting was especially held to interact with the District Magistrates. Mamta Banarjee fumed at the Prime Minister in the same meeting.</p>
<p>In response to this, Suvendu Adhikari who was formerly a TMC member and presently from BJP said that Bengal&#8217;s covid numbers are miserable and the Chief Minister wants to play politics now. He also mentioned that Mamta Banarjee hardly attends meetings with the Prime Minister.</p>
