<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Keeping in mind the uncontrolled situation in Uttar Pradesh from Corona, the state government has extended the weekend lockdown by one more day.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Now the state will remain in captivity from eight in the evening to seven in the morning on Tuesday.&nbsp; Explain that according to the order issued earlier, the Saturday and Sunday lockdown will remain in force.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;In fact, on Tuesday, the Allahabad High Court, while hearing the situation of Corona in the state, said that the lockdown of two days was inadequate and said that the government has imposed a lockdown of two days to break the chain of infection as well as other restrictions as per its discretion.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Have also been implemented, but in view of new cases of infection, it looks futile.&nbsp; These measures seem inadequate.&nbsp; This comment of the High Court is also being considered as a reason behind extending the lockdown till Tuesday morning.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;In the hearing, the High Court had told the government in strong words that those who are in power should give up their attitude like &#8216;obey my law, otherwise there is no Qaida&#8217;.<br>&nbsp; In the case, the High Court had directed the government to submit an action plan in 12 points to prevent infection in the hearing to be held on May 3.<br>&nbsp;Earlier, the state government had announced to impose a 35-hour lockdown on April 16, which was applicable from 8 am on Saturday night till 7 am on Monday morning.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">However, the amendment was again decided to lockdown from eight o&#8217;clock on Friday night to seven o&#8217;clock on Monday.<br>&nbsp;Along with this, the State Government has given strict action against those who do not wear masks.&nbsp; Those exiting without a mask will be fined one thousand rupees for the first time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For the second time, you will have to pay 10 times more fine.&nbsp; The State Government directed to strictly follow the Corona Protocol.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Two CHCs are being developed as covid Dedicated Hospitals in all the districts.&nbsp; Resources are being increased in government hospitals, private hospitals and medical colleges should also be added to it.<br>&nbsp;He directed the action of doubling the covid Bed to double the present capacity, examining all the options.&nbsp; He said that there should be availability of necessary medical resources like oxygen on all beds.<br>&nbsp;He said that the supply of oxygen is getting better every day.&nbsp; Along with connecting all the resources available in Uttar Pradesh to the supply chain, special means like oxygen express, air route are also being used.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp; There is continuous supply of oxygen from Roorkee, Dehradun, Jamshedpur, Bokaro etc. areas.&nbsp; Like yesterday, more than 650 metric tons of oxygen has to be supplied today.&nbsp; The need of all small and big hospitals in all districts should be monitored.&nbsp; They should be supplied.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Food and Civil Supplies Minister Umesh Katti of Karnataka (Karnataka) came under attack from Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa and opposition parties for his controversial statement. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;A farmer from Katti requested to increase the supply of rice through PDS, on which he asked the farmer to die.&nbsp; Katti later regretted withdrawing his statement and said that he did not want anyone to die.&nbsp; Let everyone prosper.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;Ishwar, a farmer activist from Gadag in northern Karnataka, had called Katti on Wednesday and asked him how one can survive with the help of two kilograms of rice in a month when thousands of people have become unemployed due to the lockdown.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The minister replied that in view of the lockdown, in May and June, the Center will give five kilograms of food grains.&nbsp; On this, the farmer said that whether people should fast or die by then.&nbsp; Katti said, &#8216;It would be better to die.&nbsp; It is better that you stop trading rice.&nbsp; Do not call me again. &#8216;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;In a statement issued from the Chief Minister&#8217;s Office, Yeddyurappa was quoted as saying that he rejected Katti&#8217;s statement and said that no minister should make such a statement.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has got a big relief from the Supreme Court.  The Supreme Court has stayed the order of the Allahabad High Court, which ordered the state government to impose lockdown in five cities of the state. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;In its decision, the Supreme Court asked the state government to tell the Allahabad High Court in a week what steps it has taken to gain effective control over the corona infection.&nbsp; The Supreme Court will now hear this after two weeks.<br>&nbsp;Earlier, the Allahabad High Court&#8217;s decision to impose lockdown in 5 cities of Uttar Pradesh was challenged in the Supreme Court by Yogi Adityanath&#8217;s government.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Solicitor General Tushar Mehta presented on behalf of the state government.  He had demanded a hearing on this matter on Tuesday, which was accepted by the Supreme Court.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> During the hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the Uttar Pradesh government, argued that the High Court&#8217;s decision would cause problems in the general administrative process. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;At the same time, in the petition filed by the state government, it was said that the Allahabad High Court should not interfere in policy decisions.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp; The Supreme Court has also issued a notice to the petitioner seeking the lockdown, prohibiting the order of the High Court.&nbsp; Explain that the High Court had ordered lockdown in five cities of the state including Varanasi and Lucknow.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The risk of corona epidemic is increasing once again across the country.&nbsp; In view of this, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has written a letter to PM Modi to suggest that the vaccination program should be expedited and that people above 18 years of age should also be allowed to get vaccinated.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp; At this time, the Central Government has approved the installation of Corona Vaccine to all persons above the age of 45 and from April 1, people aged 45 years can visit their nearest center and get the Corona vaccine dosed online or offline.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;All people above the age of 18 years should be approved for corona vaccination.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> Free walk-in covid vaccination should be available to everyone at the nearest possible place of citizens.<br> Family clinics and private hospitals in the private sector should also be actively involved in vaccination drives.  The availability of vaccination with all doctors and family physicians will have a positive impact on the vaccination drive.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br>&nbsp;Vaccine task force teams should be formed at the district level under the PPP model.&nbsp; Their task will be to get more and more people vaccinated, to monitor those who have got vaccinated, and to create trust among people about it.&nbsp; IMA wants to play an active role in this.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br>&nbsp;Vaccination certificate should be made compulsory for admission to public places and for making purchases under Public Distribution System (PDS).<br>&nbsp;In case of corona virus cases are increasing again, in order to break the chain of this infection, lockdown should be imposed for a limited time on non-essential activities like cinema, cultural and religious events and sports.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;Corona virus has not wreaked havoc in the country.&nbsp; The second wave of corona virus is constantly scaring.&nbsp; How dangerous the second wave is, can be gauged by the fact that in the last 24 hours, there have been 96982 new cases of Corona virus in the country.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br>During this time, 446 people have died.&nbsp; According to the Ministry of Health, the total cases of infection have reached 12,686,049 in the country so far.&nbsp; 5.89 percent of the total cases are active cases.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;The number of active cases in the country has increased to 7,88,223.&nbsp; 50143 recovery has been done within 24 hours.&nbsp; The total recovered cases have been 1,17,32,279.&nbsp; After 446 new deaths, the number of people who died of this disease in the country has reached 1,65,547.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In view of the increasing cases of Corona, Delhi&#8217;s Arvind Kejriwal government has also decided to put a lockdown in the capital. <br> CM Kejriwal has announced this on Thursday.  Explain that this weekend will be a lockdown and will start from 10 am on Friday night till 6 am on Monday. <br> Let us know that how fast the situation is deteriorating due to Corona in Delhi, it can be gauged from the fact that in the last one week, more than 70 thousand new patients have been found here.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In such a situation, to break the chain of infection, the government has decided to impose a lockdown of two days.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> Malls, gyms, spas, auditoriums, markets and private offices in Delhi will remain closed during the lockdown.<br> The cinema hall has allowed  to be kept open but the maximum capacity of the audience has kept at 30 percent only.<br> The restaurant will not allowed to sit and eat at other food outlets, and food can only made home delivery.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> One can take a pass to a hospital, airport, bus or railway station.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> It will also be mandatory to take an e-pass to go to the wedding during the curfew.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> A weekly market will be opened in every municipal zone so that people do not have problems.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br> Transportation will also continue along with the supply and production of all essential goods.  Also, necessary government offices will also be open.<br> All judicial officers will also allowed to visit ID card.  Similarly, medical people will also allowed to visit the ID card.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">To prevent the growing infection of corona in UP, the state government has announced a 35-hour corona curfew from 8 pm on Saturday night.  <br>This curfew will remain till seven in the morning on Monday.  Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari has given detailed guidelines to the officials regarding the Corona curfew.<br> Necessary services during the Corona curfew, polling parties connected with Panchayat elections, health workers, cleanliness, etc., will be allowed to travel. <br> </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">During this period, the Sanitation and Fogging will be carried out by the Fire Department at the Municipal Corporation, Nagar Panchayat and Gram Panchayat level and by the sugar mills by running a special campaign for cleanliness. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;The Chief Secretary has instructed the officials to ensure the imperative of masks in cities and rural areas.&nbsp; Failure to comply with this should be punished with a fine of Rs 1000 for the first time and a maximum fine of Rs 10,000 for the second time.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Instructions have been given to make the police station responsible for enforcing the imperative of masks.&nbsp; Senior officers of police and administration will also inspect the main roads, squares and markets and implement the imperative of masks.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;According to the mandate of the Revenue Department and Health Department&#8217;s guide line in each district, instructions have been given to make the Quarantine Center available today i.e. by Thursday night.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The District Magistrate and the Revenue Officer concerned will be responsible for the districts from which this information is not given till Thursday night.&nbsp; Instructions have been given to police officers at the district level to review the arrangements made to prevent infection of corona in police personnel.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Camps have been asked to be conducted in the police line.  Instructions have been given to the fire department for daily fogging on the police line, police post, police station and police office.  <br></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Commissioner of Police, District Magistrate, Senior Superintendent of Police, Superintendents of Police have been instructed to ensure the system of screening and testing at railway stations, bus stations and airports.  <br></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Drug inspectors have been asked to arrange oxygen supply in government, private hospitals, private medical colleges.  </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Chief Secretary has said that resources are needed to protect covid-19 in male corporations.&nbsp; The municipal corporations have been asked to immediately send the demand letter to the Municipal Development Department and the Revenue Department.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A mini lockdown has been imposed in the state of Maharashtra, which is most affected by the corona virus.  On Tuesday, the Uddhav Thackeray government announced this, saying that by April 30, people will be unnecessarily forbidden to leave the house.  During this period Section 144 will remain in force in the state.  At the same time, after Maharashtra, the call for lockdown has started to be heard again in the country&#8217;s most populous state Uttar Pradesh.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> On Tuesday, the Allahabad High Court has advised the Yogi Adityanath government of the state to consider a complete lockdown of two-three weeks.  Hearing the PIL filed in the Corona case, a division bench of Justices Siddharth Verma and Justice Ajit Kumar said on Tuesday that the Knight or Corona curfew are small steps to stop the spread of infection.  It is not correct to impose lockdown, but given the way the infection is spreading, the government should consider lockdown in cities with more infections.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br>  However, CM Yogi Adityanath is not in favor of a lockdown in the state again.  He recently said that he has to save the lives of people in the state and also save Ajivika.  Earlier, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray also announced not to re-install the lockdown in his state.  But when the circumstances of the state worsened, they had to consider it with limited restrictions.</p>
