An Allahabad High Court order stated that all the nursing home beds in Uttar Pradesh must have oxygen facility within four months. <p>A Supreme Court bench of Justices Vineet Saran and BR Gavai said today,&#8221;High Courts must pass orders that are possible to implement&#8221;. A two-judge bench of Allahabad High Court of Justices Siddharth Varma and Ajit Kumar had used a popular Hindi phrase &#8220;Ram Bharose&#8221; referring to the Uttar Pradesh&#8217;s medical system. The Supreme Court refused to cancel the comment, and said to take these observations as advise.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Delhi Court slammed the police on Friday for its miserable investigation in the case of the death of a 23- year old man. The man was detained at the Delhi IGI airport on March 18 last year. He arrived from Australia and died the same day after jumping off the roof of the Safdarjung Hospital.</p>
<p>Justice Rekha Palli also slammed the hospital for leaving the man unchecked in the isolation ward. He was suspected of being Corona positive and no one attended him after putting him into the isolation ward.</p>
<p>Justice Rekha Palli said,&#8221; You need to explain what happened, how did he get away? Just because it is a government hospital, you cannot leave people unattended. Why are you taking people in, if you are allowing them to go anywhere they want? There has to be some care or do you leave people to go and jump from the building. Do you have any responsibility? I am not satisfied by your claim that there was no mishap.</p>
<p>The court instructed the Medical Superintendent of the hospital to file an affidavit proving the exact time when the deceased- Tanvir Singh was taken to the isolation ward. It also asked the details regarding the staff that were present at the time and if other patients were present there at the time or not.</p>

<p>The woman, who approached police nine days later after she had gained enough strength, said in her complaint that she had met a man named Sagar (23) on Facebook in January this year and exchanged numbers with him. The woman works as a domestic staffer in Delhi and has been staying in the capital for the past four years.</p>
<p>After months of talking over the phone, Sagar allegedly proposed marriage to the woman like to introduce her to his parents in Palwal&#8217;s Hodal village. He insisted that the woman come to Hadal and talk to his parents directly.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The CBI team brought an unidentified person related to the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, to the guest house where they are staying, for questioning on Friday. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">On August 19, while holding that the FIR registered in Patna over the death of Bollywood actor was legitimate, the Supreme Court directed the CBI to investigate the case.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The single-judge bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy also said the Bihar Government was competent to recommend transferring the case to the CBI.<br>The apex court also asked the Mumbai Police to hand over all the evidence collected so far in the case to the CBI. The State of Maharashtra refused the option to challenge the order, Justice Roy said.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The CBI has registered an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and others in connection with the actor&#8217;s death after the Centre accepted Bihar Government&#8217;s recommendation to transfer the probe in the matter from Patna.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">An FIR was registered in Patna on a complaint filed by KK Singh, Rajput&#8217;s father, under sections related to abetment to suicide. Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14.</p>
