<p><span style="color: #333333;">The court stated that the accused is not an exceptional case and that all applicants are required to follow the established legal process.</span></p>
<p>This observation came after Wani’s lawyer argued that the trial court had turned down the request verbally.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #008000;"><em>Wani was arrested by the NIA on November 17 as an alleged active collaborator of suicide bomber Umar Un Nabi in the November 10 Red Fort car explosion which resulted in the loss of fifteen lives.</em></span></p></blockquote>
<p>He was placed in NIA custody for ten days following an order by the trial court on November 18.</p>
