<p>Chief compliance officer has not been hired, the post of the Resident Grievance Officer is empty, Nodal contact person is unoccupied, the physical contact address provided on 29 May 2021, is again not available on Twitter&#8217;s website, according to MeitY&#8217;s affidavit.</p>
<p>Any failure to comply would be an infringement of the terms of the 2021 IT rules resulting to the loss, in accordance with section 79(1) of the 2000 IT Act, of Twitter Inc.</p>
