While evacuation is a top priority for governments around the world, the Russian invasion has put foreign students&#8217; academic schedules off.</p>
<p>Learners will not miss years at university since the National Medical Commission will let them be moved to other colleges, according to Ravi Kumar Koul, a study-abroad advisor who has assisted thousands of Indians with applications to MBBS degrees in the East European countries.</p>
<p>Learners from one Ukrainian institution might be moved to other Ukrainian universities or to institutions in other countries, according to Koul. He counseled pupils to think things through before making a decision.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to India&#8217;s foreign ministry, one Indian student died in a bombing in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, as resentment of New Delhi&#8217;s decision to evacuate academics from the violent nation grows. As the attack of the former Soviet republic enters its 6th day, Russian soldiers are shooting guns and besieging Kharkiv and other important cities, according to a Ukrainian source.</p>
<p>According to Indian media sources, the student, named Naveen Shekharappa, was from the Haveri region of Karnataka&#8217;s southern state and attended medical university in Ukraine.</p>

<p>According to his housemate, the student died while looking to find his route out of Kharkiv. &#8220;He lived close to the governor&#8217;s residence and had been waiting in line for lunch.  Suddenly, an airstrike blasted the governor&#8217;s residence, killing him,&#8221; Pooja Praharaj, a student organizer in Kharkiv said.</p>

<p>Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw and Justice Amit Bansal dismissed the petition since the problem is simply administrative. They also expressed surprise at such a petition given the perilous situation in Afghanistan. Before the fall of Kabul in August, the petition was filed and a decision was reached.</p>
<p>The ITBP constables said they were assigned to the Indian Embassy in Kabul as security aides in August 2020 for a two-year assignment. They were re-deployed to India in June of this year. They claimed they were entitled to a two-year stay in Afghanistan.</p>
