										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Congress leader T S Singh Deo on Monday said the relationship between the Congress and the ruling DMK in Tamil Nadu remains firm and both parties will jointly contest the upcoming Assembly elections.</p>

<p>Speaking to reporters at Sathyamurthy Bhavan, the Congress state headquarters in Chennai, Singh Deo said the party was fully committed to the alliance. He added that the Congress was confident of returning to power in the state under the leadership of a capable Chief Minister M K Stalin.</p>
