<p>Mr. Tewari told ANI that the Indian Parliament unanimously recognized Jammu and Kashmir as an essential part of India in 1994 and that the only unfinished business of Partition was to recapture the areas seized unlawfully by Pakistan, such as Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) and the northern areas.</p>
