<p data-start="1186" data-end="1553">According to District Police Spokesperson Sanjay Khadyan, authorities received a tip-off late on the night of October 16 about a firecracker factory operating unlawfully within a walled compound in the fields near Manpur village. Acting on the information, a police team conducted a swift raid and apprehended a man caught red-handed while manufacturing firecrackers.</p>
<p data-start="1555" data-end="1870">During initial questioning, the arrested suspect identified himself as Mohil, a resident of Swamika village. He revealed that the illegal operation was being run by a man named Allu, also known as Alimuddin, from Hathin. He also confirmed that the factory had no legal license to produce explosives or firecrackers.</p>
