Krunal Pandya was playing in the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 tournament for Baroda.  On receiving the news of his father&#8217;s death, Krunal Pandya left for his home.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Baroda captain Krunal Pandya left the team&#8217;s bio bubble to be with his family in this difficult time.  Now Krunal Pandya Sayyid Mushtaq Ali will no longer be a part of the tournament in the T20 Trophy.<br>
Shishir Hattangadi, CEO of Baroda Cricket Association told ANI, &#8216;Yes, Krunal Pandya has given up the team&#8217;s bio bubble.  This is a time of great sorrow for him and his family.  The Baroda Cricket Association is mourning the death of Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya&#8217;s father.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Krunal Pandya has played three matches so far in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq tournament this season, in which he has taken four wickets.  In the first match against Uttarakhand, Krunal Pandya scored 76 runs for Baroda.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Baroda has won all three matches in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy so far.  Baroda tops Group C.  Hardik Pandya is not playing the current Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy, but he has started his training for the upcoming white-ball series against England.</p>
