<p>The Congressman responded to a tweet from aviation analyst Alex Macheras about the UK government&#8217;s decision to impose a 10-day home quarantine and require vaccination tests for vaccinated people from Africa, South America, and countries such as India, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Jordan, Thailand, and Russia.</p>
