										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Supreme Court today ordered that Sanjay Chandra and Ajay Chandra, erstwhile directors of the real estate business Unitech, be transferred from Tihar Jail in Delhi to Arthur Road and Taloja Jail in Mumbai. The court issued the order after the Enforcement Directorate informed the court that it had discovered a &#8220;secret underground office&#8221; in South Delhi&#8217;s Green Park that was being used by Unitech founder Ramesh Chandra and visited by his sons Sanjay Chandra and Ajay Chandra &#8220;while on parole or bail,&#8221; according to the Press Trust of India.</p>
<p>The brothers are allegedly doing unlawful operations while in custody, including contacting witnesses in the case, in collusion with Tihar jail authorities, according to the agency. They&#8217;ve also been able to openly communicate with the outside world, direct their officials, and dispose of their assets.</p>
