<p>Payal is said to have no official residence, yet she joined her parents&#8217; annual general meeting on July 20. During the meeting, she insulted the neighbors and sent an insulting message to the WhatsApp group of the society, the FIR claimed. She also threatened to arrest the members in bogus circumstances.</p>
