<p>In his plea, Khan has asked the court to restrain various social media networks and e-commerce platforms from using his <strong>name</strong>, <strong>photographs</strong>, <strong>likeness</strong> or <strong>any aspect of his persona</strong> without <strong>authorisation</strong>. He <strong>argues</strong> that such misuse violates his publicity and personality rights.</p>

<p><strong>Telugu actor NTR Junior</strong> has also filed a petition before the court seeking protection of his personality rights, and an order on his plea is still pending.</p>
