<p>The discharge order was issued by a special MP/MLA court on Rouse Avenue, presided over by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sachin Gupta.</p>
<p>However, Magistrate Gupta ordered that charges be filed against AAP MLAs Amanatullah Khan and Prakash Jarwal. The alleged assault occurred between February 19 and 20, 2018, at Kejriwal&#8217;s apartment, where Prakash had been summoned for a meeting.</p>
<p>Prakash&#8217;s complaint resulted in the filing of a case. He said that AAP MLAs assaulted him.</p>

As per CM Arvind Kejriwal, &#8220;After 5 am tomorrow, all activities will be allowed except some activities that will be prohibited and some activities that will be done in a restricted manner. A detailed order will be issued.&#8221;</p>
<p>Schools, universities, academic facilities, and coaching will remain closed down. Societal meetings, governmental, sport, recreational, cultural, and academic festivals are forbidden. Pools, stadiums, sports centers, theatre, multiplexes stay closed. Spa baths, fitness centers, yoga institutions will stay closed. Along with public parks. Essential services will remain functional.</p>
<p>In government offices, Group A officials will be attended by 100%, and the others by 50%. Private workplaces will operate at a capacity of 50 percent between 9 am and 5 pm. Malls will be fully open from 10 am to 8 pm in all market complexes.</p>
