On Monday, 373 deaths were reported, bringing the total to 428,682. The number of active cases has dropped to 3,88,508, the lowest level in 139 days.</p>
<p>According to a preliminary report released by the Centre on Monday, India&#8217;s cumulative Covid vaccination coverage has surpassed 510 million (513,914,567).</p>
<p>COVID-19 tally for India crossed 20 lakhs on August 7th, 30 lakhs on August 23rd, 40 lakhs on September 5th, and 50 lakhs on September 16th. It surpassed the 60 lakhs mark on September 28th, then the 70 lakhs mark on October 11th, the 80 lakhs mark on October 29th, on November 20th the 90 lakhs mark, and on December 19th the one-crore mark. India passed the two-crore barrier on May 4th and the three-crore mark on June 23rd.</p>
