The message appeared to be about a powerful person becoming helpless and a mediocre person becoming more powerful.</p>
<p>On Saturday night, the officer on special duty to the Rajasthan chief minister resigned, requesting an apology for his tweet. Sharma has known Gehlot for over a decade and has been in charge of his social media accounts. After Gehlot took power in December 2018, he was appointed OSD.</p>
