<p>The Court held that the 2007 CBSE Examination Regulations made it apparent that the Board was more interested with administrative documents than with the career potential of its students, who utilize their diplomas as a public document to study and get a job.</p>
<p>The court directed the CBSE to take the &#8220;urgent steps&#8221; to revise the bylaws and to integrate into the certificates given or issued by it the system described in a ruling &#8220;for recording corrections or amendments.&#8221;</p>
